Mothers Day 2022
Mothers Day at the Russell Island Bowls Club was a blast this year. Members and guests enjoyed the sort of pampering Mums deserve – roses, great music, delicious meals from Little Jack Kitchen, markets, and, the draw for an MG3. Curiously, the food was excellent as usual, but many members also ate the roses – well, perhaps Russell Island Bowls Club is full of hopeless romantics.
The Club would like to say a big “thank you” to the great team at iLegal Service for sponsoring the beautiful roses and the gift bags.
Running Wild Art Union Draw
Congratulations to Juri Karter for winning this awesome prize offered by the Running Wild Art Union. Running Wild is a great Bay Islands charity that deserves our support. Big thank you to Bowman LNP candidate, Henry Pike, for coming along and drawing the prizes. Special mention to Kevin and Kim for their hard work arranging the art union and selling tickets for this important cause.
